Classic match-three. Swap two jewels, make a line of three, and keep going until the board runs out of moves.
Signing in puts you on the shared board. Everyone with a myjp.ca account plays the same game.
Ready when you are.

One entry each — your best game.
Every row was replayed on the server before it was
accepted: the board it dealt you, every swap in order, and the cascades
that followed. The score is worked out from that replay — there is no field
in a submission for a score.
What that proves is that a board the server dealt was really played to the
end. It does not prove a person did it — a program that plays match-three
well produces a replay that is valid, because it is.

◆ You’re a Gems supporter — thank you. Your diamond is on the board.
A diamond by your name on the board, for good; the name you play as; Lightning and Zen; and your pick of the scene behind the board. The rules stay the same for everyone — the board is only worth something if nobody can buy a better one.
Seven jewels, and each one is a different shape as well as a different colour — so the board still reads in bright sun, on a bad screen, or if two of the colours look the same to you. A line of four leaves a power gem where you moved: match it later and it explodes, taking the eight jewels around it. A line of five leaves a hypercube: swap it with any neighbour and every jewel of that colour goes. Two lines sharing a corner make a power gem at the corner.
These are counted in this browser and never sent anywhere. A game you walked away from cannot be replayed to a conclusion, so it is kept here rather than put on a shared board beside games that were checked.
| Line | Points | Line | Points |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 | 10 | 6 | 100 |
| 4 | 25 | 7 | 175 |
| 5 | 50 | 8 | 275 |
Then every point in a cascade is multiplied by the step. The match your finger made is worth face value, whatever falls into place behind it is worth double, the next is triple, and it keeps going.
An L or a T is two lines, not one — three across and three down scores 10 + 10, and the corner jewel becomes a power gem.
A power gem going off is worth 20 for every jewel the blast takes beyond the lines; a hypercube is 25 for every jewel it takes, itself included. Both are multiplied by the cascade step like everything else.
