Automatic from your iPhone

  1. Get the shortcut — your link code is copied as you tap. Add Shortcut, and paste the code when it asks.
  2. Run it once by hand. Each run looks at your newest 500 photos (an older copy of the shortcut: 40 or 200), newest first, and sends only what the house does not have; once it meets 25 in a row that are already here, it stops asking. Once a week it checks all 500.
  3. In Shortcuts → Automation → + → Charger (Is connected) → Run immediately → pick Back Up Photos to myjp. Every charge sends what is new.

Your link code: …

Photos arrive as your phone took them (HEIC, with their date and place); this page shows a copy any browser can open, and Original downloads the file itself. A new code stops the old one:

Free up iPhone space

Deleting a photo on your iPhone never deletes it here. Get Free up iPhone space and run it now and then: it deletes from the iPhone what you deleted here, and the photos and videos the house already keeps that are older than

iOS asks before it deletes, and keeps them in its own Recently Deleted for 30 days. Anything not on the house yet stays on the phone.

Deleting

Photos deleted here wait 30 days in Recently Deleted, then go for good. Deleted here stays deleted: the shortcut never sends it again, and Free up iPhone space deletes it from the iPhone too.

Technical

The server keeps the file it is sent, byte for byte. The house's keeper makes a small copy and a screen-sized one for this page, and the shortcut asks "do you have this one?" by name and date before sending anything.
