The watch will launch the app at these times so the board is already up when you look at it — the end of a shift, say. Pebble allows five scheduled openings; the app rebooks the next one every time it runs.
Buzz when a bus you have armed gets this close. Arm one by long-pressing it on the arrivals screen. Set to zero to turn nudges off entirely.
How often the open app asks for new times. OC Transpo's own feed updates about every 30 seconds, so asking faster returns the same numbers and only costs battery.
